Competition

Alfa Romeos are born to compete. The Club offers a the Alfa driver the opportunity to test themselves and their cars in a variety of competitive events.

In association with the Marque Sporting Car Club (and its affiliated car clubs), AROCA org anises or participates in over 50 competitive events each year.

The Club's own competition, ALFACOMP, is a hotly-contested points-based series, with some great trophies up for grabs. ALFAcomp rules ensure that just about anyone with an Alfa can participate.

Of course, the competition can be just as fierce off the track at some of the display events, ranging from show 'n shine to concours. Check the Event Calendar for other Club activities.

Sat - May 8 - 2010 Brisbane		BSCC Solvix Challenge - The Challenge will be a run of 200km over good bitumen public roads, starting at the BSCC Clubrooms (1/206-208 Montague Road, West End) at 10am and finishing with a barbecue at a location close to the outskirts of Brisbane. Route Instructions will generally be in the form of map reading using 1 to 100 000. Topographic Maps. Maps will be supplied as part of the Route Instructions. Any registered road vehicle is eligible to enter. Only one member of the Crew is required to hold a CAMS Licence and a Compulsory Third Party Insurance extension is not required for this event.
